Mark Foundation is a registered Tanzanian NGO committed to uplifting vulnerable communities through education, healthcare, and psychosocial support. Since our inception, we have reached marginalized groups such as orphans, widows, people with disabilities, and those affected by disasters.

Founder & CEO
Secilia Eliangiringa Mtei
A visionary and purpose-driven educator, entrepreneur, and school founder with over a decade of impactful experience in education, business leadership, and institutional development. She holds a Master’s degree in Education and has successfully established and led Moriah Pre and Primary School and Moriah College of Professionalism. Her expertise spans curriculum development, strategic planning, academic administration, staff mentorship, and innovation in learning models. Secilia is passionate about empowering young people through holistic education and vocational training, fostering not only academic excellence but also life skills and ethical leadership.
